一、申请微信开发者账号，其他相关微信或QQ账号无效。
二、创建网站应用，填写基本信息：
基本信息里包括《微信开放平台网站信息登记表》，这个需要打印填写后上传扫描件。
三、填写网站信息。
四、在网站后台接入微信登录链接的App ID和Secret KEY。
五、大功告成，可以使用微信登录网站了。
